One of my best friends recently became a vegetarian. This surprises me for a million and one reasons... but most of all, because the man loves meat. So, he mentioned to me yesterday, that he loves reading the blog, but that he wished I would do something vegetarian. Ya'll... this is as vegetarian as I get- a Teriyaki Shrimp lunch box from Shinju Sushi between Wall St. and Pine St. This is actually the second trip I've made to this particular Sushi place since I've been working in FiDi.. and it doesn't disappoint. $8.70- and includes what you see above, a salad and miso soup. Enjoy your weekend everyone, I've only got one more week in NYC!!!
