Day 19... and then there was one...

One day left.  One more sunrise...

I promised you Ecuadorian... I had no idea what that meant... but I hoped it meant delicious food awaited me.
It did not disappoint.

At the recommendation of the man running the truck, I got the Hornado, which is the third photo up from the bottom on the right hand side of this photo.  It was pork, mashed potatoes, cilantro, red onion, tomato and rice... and it was delicious! $7.00

Tomorrow.. I might be sentimental and go back to where we started with this blog.... or, I'll find something else fantastic to enjoy... stay tuned.
