I fear I'm getting boring.
So when a coworker came to me and said "Hey, there's a
Seoul Food truck outside!" My eyes glazed over and I thought about poor Don Cornelius. (And delicious soul food.)
What I found instead, when I ventured outside, was a Korean truck with a fantastic Short Rib Bibimbap.
What you see there is some spicy kimchee with sriracha, mushrooms, carrots, lettuce, onions, and bean sprouts. What you don't see is the giant pile of white rice underneath the short rib chunks. This was REALLY good. $10.25. Really good and perfectly boring. Tomorrow is Friday. Thank goodness... I need a weekend of beer and wings and football.
